Spanning an area of 1000 m², Fibershield’s manufacturing workshop is designed to meet the highest standards of large-scale production. With spacious facilities and optimized organization, our workshop is equipped to handle significant production volumes without compromising quality.
Our manufacturing workshop features a state-of-the-art laser welding station, ensuring the highest quality and precision in the welding of our metal components. This modern technology allows us to achieve extremely strong and flawless joints, essential for ensuring the durability and safety of metal structures in the demanding environments of data centers. Laser welding offers several advantages, including a significant reduction in thermal distortions, increased production speed, and improved energy efficiency.
For the production of plastic components, we use high-tech 3D printers. This additive manufacturing method allows us to create complex parts with great precision and flexibility, while reducing production times and costs. 3D printing offers the additional advantage of enabling rapid customization of parts based on the unique specifications of each project, which is ideal for meeting our clients’ specific requirements and for the continuous innovation of our products.
